Saraswathy Vidhyalaya Nursery school was started on 4th June 1992 to cater to the needs of the children in the locality. Sri. S. Venkataraman, a great philanthrophist and a man of high ideals took the initiative to start the Nursery school in his wife's name.

His aim was to run the institution to impart broad based and value centered education, to build up character among the children and to develop them into best citizens. He got the support of his family members and the elders of the locality to promote education with a blend of human values.
